We work by
appointment.
In some cases consultations and services can happen on the
same day, this depends on the busyness of our schedule and
yours.

An in-salon consultation is required for all new clients receiving
chemical, braid, loc, or weave services. A 25% deposit is required
for all extension services. The deposit is refundable if the
client cancels or reschedules within 48 hours of his/her appointment. |

Mane Advocates wants to provide
the client with a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. Therefore,
in consideration of other patrons, we ask that you not bring
children to the salon. We do service children 12 and under
if they are mature and disciplined enough to cooperate without
force. Parental supervision is required for all children being
serviced.

Our waiting area is limited and
is used for customers waiting to be serviced and consultations.
We ask that you do not bring friends and/or family along with
you to wait while you are serviced. |

If at any point during your service
you feel uncomfortable or unhappy with the progression of your
style or your environment please let us know so we can correct
the situation. |

We know you hate to sit in a salon
all day waiting to be serviced. We will do our best to be on
schedule and we ask that you do the same. Appointments not honored
within one hour of scheduled time will be cancelled and any deposits
will be forfeited. In turn, if we are running one hour late for
any reason you will be given a discount on your service. If you
can not wait to be serviced your discount will rollover to your
next visit. Deposit will be refunded if we are more than an hour
late and the client can not wait. |
