A deposit is required for all first time customers to prevent no-shows. The deposit is refundable if the client cancels or reschedules within 48 hours of his/her appointment.
Mane Advocates wants to provide the client with a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. Therefore, in consideration of other patrons, we ask that you not bring children to the salon. We do service children 12 and under if they are mature and disciplined enough to cooperate without force. Parental supervision is required for all children being serviced.
Our waiting area is limited and is used for customers waiting to be serviced and consultations. We ask that you do not bring friends and/or family along with you to wait while you are serviced.
If at any point during your service you feel uncomfortable or unhappy with the progression of your style or your environment please let us know so we can correct the situation.
We know you hate to sit in a salon all day waiting to be serviced. We will do our best to be on schedule and we ask that you do the same. That being said we do get behind from time to time and we realize some delays are unavoidable on the clients end. If either of these occur and the client can not be serviced any deposits will be refunded or allowed to go toward a future service.
