Booking Questions
What services do you offer? I specialize in Texture Management Services (Smoothing Treatments, Relaxers, Curly Cuts and Pixies). My color work focuses on grey blending/coverage, subtle hue shifts and lived-in highlights. Providing Healthy Hair & Scalp Therapies that detox, repair and moisturize are the foundation of my practice. I DO NOT OFFER CUTTING OR STYLING SERVICES WITHOUT A CHEMICAL OR TREATMENT SERVICE.
Do You Offer Consultations? I include a consultation with all services but I do not book them separately. I don't require any forms or other prerequisites' to book (other than a deposit to secure your spot & my income) . You can email me with any questions you may have prior to booking.
Why do you require deposits? To avoid income loss deposits are necessary to secure appointments. No shows and last minute cancellations have been on the rise since the pandemic and cause major problems. While deposits are not refundable they do go towards your service cost or product if we reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of your original appointment. Should an emergency come up on my the deposit WILL BE refunded.
Do you double book? Yes, strategically. I stagger appointments to overlap while color or treatments are processing.
